Creator Management: Social Advocacy Influencer Program

Managed a full-stack creator program for a worker advocacy communications portfolio, partnering directly with creators and agents to translate campaign objectives into creator briefs, creative direction, and review cycles. Owned creator sourcing and contracting across a roster of ~30 creators, including drafting and executing agreements, routing contracts through legal, coordinating vetting and approvals, and managing payment workflows through completion. Ran end-to-end content operations from intake through post-production, publishing support, and performance reporting across TikTok-native short-form video, in-feed static and motion assets, social advocacy messaging, creator-led newsletter integrations, and original illustration/graphic design collaborations, including music-led content from concept through post. Tracked performance and delivered iterative edits to optimize content while maintaining creator authenticity and message discipline.
