Clean Energy Concept Development: Resilience Hub

As a consultant for Blue Lake Clean Energy, I developed a Milwaukee-specific resilience hub concept and designed the presentation that structured a stakeholder meeting with Milwaukee municipal stakeholders and prospective partners. The work translated a complex intersection of clean energy, resilience planning, and community infrastructure into a clear, place-based framework tailored to Milwaukee. I developed the concept’s framing, messaging, and visual language to show how resilient power, communications, public services, and community programming could be integrated into a single model. The deck served as the central tool for the convening, helping guide discussion, clarify priorities, and support early partnership development.
